The first step in the process of acquiring property in Eagle Hills Diyar is to register your interest. You can do so by filling in the registration form on our website, calling our property advisors at 80098888 or visiting our Sales Center.
After you have registered your interest, one of our property advisors will get in touch with you to schedule a meeting to present you with the Eagle Hills Diyar project.
Once you have selected the property you would like to purchase, you will be able to reserve the property by paying the reservation fee and signing the reservation agreement.
Within 14 days of making the reservation, you will sign the Sales and Purchase Agreement and pay the first instalment.
For the entire duration of the construction phase, a progress report related to the construction of the building in which you have purchased your property will be shared with you on a monthly basis.
After the completed building has passed a final technical inspection and you have paid the last instalment, Eagle Hills Diyar will hand over the property to you and transfer the ownership rights of the property over to you, allowing you to move into your new home.
